A 20-megapixel telecentric camera, multi-color laser (height and depth), and touch probe combine optical, non-contact, and contact sensing in one system, ideal for tight-tolerance 3D measurement of intricate, complex components.
Image dimension measurement system
[KEYENCE] IM-X1000Offers accuracy up to ±1.8 microns (μm) and repeatability down to ±0.5 microns (μm). It captures multiple dimensions in a single shot, with Smart Assist auto-adjusting focus, lighting, and edge detection, ideal for fast, high-volume batch inspection of 2D and flat parts where throughput matters most.
